This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items for the Bureau of Reclamation, Interior Region 10, Sacramento, California. The acquisition is for Lahontan Basin Area Office (LBAO) Newlands Multispectral and High-Resolution Satellite Imagery. The government is procuring these services to identify irrigated areas within the Newlands Project irrigation area for monitoring purposes, as required by the Operating Criteria and Procedures for the Newlands Reclamation Project, Nevada.

• Collection and delivery of eight (8) multispectral (MUL) satellite images (red, green, blue, and near-infrared) per year, approximately monthly from March through November.

• Collection and delivery of one (1) high-resolution (red, green, and blue) satellite image per year, between June and September.

• All images must be clipped to the Area of Interest (AOI) and meet specific quality standards (e.g., less than 10% cloud cover, specific spatial resolution for high-resolution images).

• Data packages to be delivered within three (3) weeks following image acquisition.

• Deliverables to be provided via secure, government-approved File Transfer Protocol (FTP).

• Type of Contract: Firm-Fixed Price (FPP)

• Period of Performance: March 2, 2026 - December 31, 2028 (spanning calendar years 2026, 2027, and 2028).

• Option to Extend Services: The government may require continued performance for up to 6 months.

• Offer Due Date: February 12, 2026, 10:00 AM Pacific Time.

• Evaluation Factors: Award will be made based on a comparative evaluation of Technical, Past Performance, and Price.
