Scope of Work
The contractor will acquire and deliver:
- Eight (8) multispectral (MUL) satellite images per year (red, green, blue, near-infrared), approximately monthly from March through November.
- One (1) high-resolution (red, green, blue) satellite image per year, between June and September. All imagery must be acquired within a three-week period to minimize seasonal variation and meet specific quality standards, including <10% cloud cover, 3-m MUL, and 0.5-meter high-resolution. Deliverables are to be provided via secure FTP within three weeks of acquisition.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)
- Period of Performance: March 2, 2026 – December 31, 2028. All years of performance are contemplated under a single award.

- GSD (3-m requirement): Native 3-m GSD is required; pansharpened products are not acceptable.
- High-resolution RGB (≤0.5 m) delivery: A seamless orthomosaic product is expected; "natural color" processing is not required.
- AOI minimum tasking width: Acquiring a wider area beyond the AOI polygon is acceptable, provided final products are clipped to the original AOI.
