Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for the procurement of landscaping materials for Riverside National Cemetery. The objective is to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle for the as-needed delivery of these materials to support day-to-day operations and maintain the cemetery grounds.

The contractor shall provide the following bulk landscaping materials:

• Amended topsoil (60/25/10/5 sandy loam / fir shavings / compost / manure)
• Premium red dyed mulch (1"-3")
• Southwest brown crushed rock (3/4" minus)
• 3/8" Birds-Eye Pea Gravel
• Playground sand
• Washed plaster sand
• Gold dust crushed rock (4" minus)
• Pewter gray crushed rock (3" minus)
• Borcon rustic steel edging (1/8" x 4" x 16') with stakes

All materials must be delivered in dump-load trucks only; no bagged materials will be accepted. Specific quality standards and composition requirements are detailed for each material.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)

• Period of Performance: Base one-year ordering period with four (4) 12-month option periods.

• Delivery Location: Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, CA 92518.

• Delivery Time Frame: Within seven (7) business days after receipt of order, unless an alternate time frame is agreed upon.

• Delivery Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM (excluding Federal Holidays).

• Proposals will be evaluated based on "Lowest Price, technically acceptable offer."

• The contract contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed-Price, IDIQ contract.
