• Pickup Locations: A single pickup/drop-off location at Jackson Barracks in New Orleans, LA will be designated at the time of award. The contractor is not required to service multiple buildings within the installation.
• Laundry Bags: Individual service members (SMs) will provide their own laundry bags. The contractor is responsible for ensuring no commingling of clothing items during processing and for providing an inventory loss slip or system to prevent lost items.
• Volume Guarantees: A guaranteed minimum volume of 100 lbs per week is provided. The "estimated maximum" of 600 lbs per week is the maximum anticipated volume.
• Liability for Missing Items: The contractor's liability for lost or damaged articles is $5.00 per pound, calculated by weight.
• Contract Manager (CM) On-Site: Telephonic or electronic communication is acceptable for the CM to act on daily operational matters, provided issues can be resolved through the Contracting Officer. Physical presence is not required.
• Turnaround Time: The requirement is one pickup per week with a 24-hour turnaround for delivery, as per PWS 5.1.1. The 600 lbs limit is for a week's worth of laundry.
• Pricing Units: The "Each" unit in CLIN 0001 corresponds to the total pounds of laundry for the entire Period of Performance (POP), which will be dictated at the time of award. The maximum is 600 lbs per week.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide comprehensive laundry services for Task Force Thunder, serving as the primary source for cleaning Soldiers' clothes.

• Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control for laundry pickup, washing, drying, folding, and delivery.

• Services to be performed at the contractor's designated facilities.

• Pickup and delivery service to Jackson Barracks Billeting, 6400 St. Claude Ave. New Orleans, LA 70117.

• Period of Performance (PoP): 5 months, estimated May 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026.

• Services to be provided Monday through Saturday, 0900-1900, excluding recognized US holidays or facility closures.

• Weekly service at one designated location (Jackson Barracks).

• Maximum volume of 600 pounds collected per week.
