• Re-performance of laundering/repairs will be at no additional cost to the Government.

• Missing articles will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery or within 24 hours if needed sooner. Lost articles will be paid for in full by the contractor.

• Vehicle interiors used for transport must be vacuumed and sanitized with EPA-approved detergent germicidal agent before loading clean articles.

• Contaminated linens require specific handling: placed in water-soluble bags and red plastic bags, processed without individual handling, and washed at a minimum of 160 degrees Fahrenheit.

• Contractor must have facilities for storing and receiving goods contaminated with infectious disease separately.
