Evaluation
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. Quotes will be evaluated on:
- Price: Lowest total evaluated price (TEP), provided it is fair and reasonable.
- Technical Acceptability: Conformance to solicitation requirements and an "Acceptable" rating on the Technical Capability evaluation factor, meeting all specifications in the Minimum Requirements Document dated February 23, 2026.
Submission Requirements
Quotes must be submitted electronically to micah.wilson.8@us.af.mil by the deadline. The email subject line must be "Laundry Services BPA." The entire quotation must be in a single email, not exceeding 5 MB, and should not contain compressed files (.zip, .exe). Allowable attachments are .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, or .xlsx. Important Notes
