Scope of Work
The contractor will conduct a comprehensive Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) for up to 300 personnel within the 314 MXG. This includes measuring internal working conditions, group dynamics, and individual well-being using advanced statistical analysis and machine learning. Following the ONA, the contractor will develop and deliver four customized leadership seminars (three for NCOs, one for SNCOs) within 180 days. These seminars will be tailored to ONA findings, covering topics such as leadership, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, coaching, mental wellness, and fostering disciplined organizational cultures. All services must adhere to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated January 15, 2026.
