Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, and materials to conduct comprehensive Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) for up to 300 personnel within the 314 MXG. This includes assessing internal working conditions, group dynamics, and individual well-being using advanced statistical measures and machine learning. The ONA will identify key individuals and organizational factors impacting success and concerns, generating reports with social network maps and metrics.
Based on ONA findings, the contractor will adapt or develop and deliver four customized leadership seminars (three for NCOs, one for SNCOs). These in-person seminars, totaling a minimum of 16 hours over 2-3 consecutive days per seminar, will focus on improving communication, interpersonal skills, virtue, team building, and leadership effectiveness, tailored to aircraft maintenance career fields.

Evaluation Factors
