Submission Requirements & Evaluation
Offerors must submit quotes via email to both primary and secondary points of contact by the deadline. The email size limit is 35 MB. Required submission documents include:
- Completed SF 1449 (specific blocks and CLINs).
- Technical Capability Statement (max 5 pages) demonstrating understanding of the PWS, including forklift specifications/brochure, and a certification of timely delivery. A subcontracting statement is required if applicable.
- Past Performance (max 3 pages) listing 2-3 recent, similar contracts within the last two years.
