AoI 001: Warehouse Management System This specific AoI requires innovative solutions to upgrade the existing LEAD WMS to a modernized delivery system. Key requirements include:
- Accommodating various bin sizes while maintaining current storage capacity.
- Increasing unit load weight capacity from 750 lbs to a minimum of 2,000 lbs.
- Ensuring compatibility and interoperability with the existing ASRS in an adjacent building.
