Tasks include removing existing equipment; sizing and installing new condensers, evaporator fans/coils, and refrigeration lines; installing digital thermostats and environmental controllers; providing humidifiers (85-95% humidity); and ensuring temperature maintenance between 28-40°F (±2°F). Systems must use R-404A or R-448A refrigerant. The work also involves connecting to existing electrical panels and water lines, commissioning new equipment, site cleanup, and providing owner training. Certified HVAC technicians and electricians are required. Work is anticipated to begin July 1, 2026, and proceed through early fall.
