Purpose & Scope

Key Requirements

  • Comply with physical security requirements and develop a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) program.
  • Contractor is responsible for funding any facility renovations or equipment upgrades; no government funding is allocated. A reserve account of 1.5% of gross sales is required for future renovations.

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: No-cost contract.
  • Period of Performance: Base period from March 31, 2026, to March 30, 2029, with four option periods extending through March 30, 2041.
