- Accidental Death: 22 times the monthly basic salary.
- Disability Benefits: Minimum monthly payments of 300 AZN (Group I), 250 AZN (Group II), and 180 AZN (Group III). Offerors must propose their own disability payment amounts, as there is no maximum set by the Embassy. Disability benefits are payable monthly, subject to annual medical verification, and continue as long as the insured remains classified under the applicable disability category.
- Funeral Benefits: Minimum 600 Azerbaijani Manat.
- Exclusions: Critical illnesses are NOT included, as they are covered under a separate Medical Insurance contract. The contractor must provide a brochure in English and Azerbaijani detailing benefits within 30 days of award.
