- Monthly: Inspection and testing of Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler Systems.
- Quarterly: Inspection and testing of Fire Sprinkler Systems.
- Semi-Annual: Inspection and testing of Kitchen Hood Systems.
- Annual: Inspection and testing of Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Sprinkler Systems, Portable Fire Extinguishers, Emergency & Exit Lights, and Master Clock System.
- Preventative Maintenance & Repairs: Provided on a Time & Material basis, requiring GSA labor rates and material prices. Systems include 9 Fire Alarm Panels, 13 Fire Sprinkler Systems, 184 Portable Fire Extinguishers, 1 K Class Fire Extinguisher, 90 Emergency Lights, 95 Exit Lights, 2 Master Clock Systems, 40 Indicating Clocks, and 1 Kitchen Hood System. All work must adhere to National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) standards.
