Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Normal working hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal Holidays. Deviations require written approval.

• Environmental and Hazardous Material Handling: Contractor must provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all materials. Hazardous waste must be managed according to federal, state, and local laws. Any spills or releases must be reported immediately. An AF Form 3952 will be provided by the Government for hazardous material requests.

• Safety: All operations must comply with Department of Labor, OSHA, and Air Force Occupational Safety & Health (AFOSH) requirements.

• Protection of Government Property: Contractor must use reasonable care to avoid damaging government property; any damage must be repaired or replaced at the contractor's expense.

• Site Maintenance and Cleanup: The work area must be maintained in a neat, clean, and safe condition. All trash and debris must be collected and disposed of properly off-site.

• Deliverables: Upon contract completion, the contractor must provide all applicable documents for operations and maintenance of the system, along with a separate detailed report on condition and maintenance actions. All test reports/results must also be provided.

• Inspection and Acceptance: Work is subject to government inspection. Final acceptance is contingent upon successful demonstration of repaired and reprogrammed inverters as specified.
