Scope of Work
The contractor will furnish all necessary labor, tools, transportation, supplies, equipment, materials, and incidentals to:
- Troubleshoot and repair three existing non-functioning HEU lighting inverters.
- Reprogram all seven existing HEU lighting inverters to operate in normal mode during normal operation and in emergency mode upon loss of power.
- Replace all eight 12 VDC batteries in each of the seven existing HEU lighting inverters. The inverters are Crucial Power Products, Model HU CABINET, Model Number HU3.0R2500N1-VA, with Battery Part Number 7050-436. All work must be executed by licensed electricians and approved by 21 CES Requirements and Optimization (R&O).

Place of Performance & Special Requirements
Work will be performed at Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station (CMSFS), Colorado. This is a restricted area requiring proper authorization, background checks, and potential escorts for personnel and vehicles. Contractors must submit visitor and vehicle requests at least 15 business days prior to work. All operations must comply with federal, state, municipal laws, OSHA, and AFOSH requirements. Deliverables include applicable documents for operations and maintenance, a detailed condition/maintenance report, and all test reports/results. A Wage Determination for El Paso County, Colorado, is provided, which bidders must consider for labor costs.
