- Deliveries: Typically 1-3 days per week (Monday-Friday). Routine requests within 72 hours; emergency requests within 24 hours.
- Technician Response: Certified technicians must assess tank/cylinder status within 72 hours for routine requests and 24 hours for emergency requests, providing a report to the COR within four hours of assessment completion.
- Quality: A Quality Plan is required to ensure workmanship and materials meet industry standards.
