Performance Standards & Place of Performance

  • Deliveries: Typically 1-3 days per week (Monday-Friday). Routine requests within 72 hours; emergency requests within 24 hours.
  • Technician Response: Certified technicians must assess tank/cylinder status within 72 hours for routine requests and 24 hours for emergency requests, providing a report to the COR within four hours of assessment completion.
  • Quality: A Quality Plan is required to ensure workmanship and materials meet industry standards.
  • Location: Naval Research Laboratory – D.C., 4555 Overlook Avenue SW, Washington, DC 20375.
  • Work Hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
