  • Liquid Propane: Estimated 24,000 gallons.
  • Delivery Schedule: Auto-fill fueling for propane during the winter heating season (October-April) and on-demand deliveries for other fuels, performed Monday-Friday, 0700-1600, excluding Government holidays. A 72-hour response time is required for fuel delivery requests, with 24-hour emergency call capability.
  • Locations: Deliveries to Rome, NY 13441; Stockbridge, NY 13409; and Newport, NY 13416.
  • Key Requirements: Adherence to spill prevention, unloading procedures, environmental regulations, security protocols, and safety standards. Contractors must provide a Contract Manager available during work hours and ensure personnel are qualified and licensed.
