Scope of Work

- Specialized Processing: Loss mitigation, bankruptcy processing, loss claim processing, and real estate-owned (REO) property disposition.
- Operations: Mail processing and administrative support functions.
- Customer Support: Customer service phone support to assist with loan activities.
