Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To procure a short-term rental office space for the USDA Farm Service Agency and Natural Resources Conservation Service in Logansport, IN (Cass County) to restore local service delivery after the previous lessor requested vacation of the space.

• Provide office space between 1,900 and 2,500 square feet located within Logansport, IN.

• The space must meet International Building Code requirements for office occupancies (HVAC, flooring, walls, ceilings, restrooms).

• Must be ADA compliant and provide easy public access.

• Must offer sole access and control to the USDA agencies.

• Must have adequate security with lockable exterior doors.

• Provide parking for 6-8 visitors, 7 employees, and 1 government vehicle.

• The space should be available for a base year of 12 months, with four possible 12-month option periods (totaling up to 5 years).

• Desired occupancy to begin on March 16, 2026.

• The space must have access to telephone and internet services (these will be procured separately by the Government).
