- Travel Administration: Administrative support for personnel travel via the Defense Travel System (DTS), including coordination for over 500 Reserve Personnel participating in conferences, events, and Fleet exercises.
- Key Personnel Requirements: One Logistics Analyst (minimum 5 years of Navy expeditionary logistics and TOA management experience) and one Administrative Assistant/Travel Clerk (minimum 3 years of experience supporting DTS and knowledge of the Joint Travel Regulations).

Evaluation
Award will be made on a Best Value basis using a comparative evaluation of offers. The government will provide office workspace, access to government information systems, and necessary equipment. Offerors must submit four volumes: Offeror Information, Technical (3-page limit), Past Performance (2-page limit), and Price (Excel format).
