Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor and materials to install and configure a self-contained, networked Intercom, Public Announcement (PA), and Video Surveillance system. This includes running all required cabling (plenum rated CAT6 or fiber optics), power, connections, configuration, providing training, and removing all debris. Conduits for cabling are already installed. No wireless devices are permitted, and the system must operate without internet access. Specific equipment, such as Axis Audio Manager Pro, Network Video Door Stations, various Axis IP Cameras, and associated hardware, are detailed in the Salient Characteristics. The installation services are anticipated to occur from April 1, 2026, through April 30, 2026.
