Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To perform a wet audit/inspection and a complete annual service on 15 MB Broom and Oshkosh snow removal equipment assigned to the 509th Logistics Readiness Squadron Vehicle Management flight.

• Perform visual and functional inspections of vehicle systems including engine, transmission, hydraulic, cooling, differential/axle, wheels/tires, battery, wipers, lighting, heater/AC, wiring, brakes, and air systems.

• Inspect seat belts, horn, and backup alarm.

• Inspect functionality and condition of broom or blower attachments.

• Provide a parts list with costs for identified deficiencies and repairs.

• Take fluid samples for analysis to detect contaminants or signs of breakdown.

• Perform annual service, including changing fluids and filters, and lubricating chassis components and attachments.

• Complete a full inspection and systems function check.

• All services must meet quality assurance inspection standards.

• Deficiencies must be corrected.

• Fluid samples will be taken for analysis.

• Requirement completion date: 1 Aug 2026.

• Place of Performance: Vehicle Maintenance facilities, Building 136, Whiteman AFB, MO.

• Contractor is responsible for all costs for parts and freight.

• Contractor must acquire their own travel and lodging arrangements.

• Contractor must comply with all health and safety regulations on Government installations.

• Contractor personnel require base identification and vehicle passes.

• Contractor must provide an after-hours contact number/email for emergency notifications.

• Addendum 1 provides a list of required parts.
