Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This document is a solicitation (RFQ) for the procurement of one (1) LTFW PUMP, Part #NA2003. The government anticipates awarding a firm, fixed-price contract. This is a sole source requirement for the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Buffalo Pump.

• Crating must comply with International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM) Publication No. 15.

• Markings on boxes/crates/containers must be a minimum 2-inch stenciled letters per MIL-STD 129R(series).

• Shipments must be via a fully traceable commercial freight method.
