Evaluation Criteria
Award will be based on Technical Acceptability, Past Performance, and Price. Offerors must achieve a technical acceptability score of 5 or better (out of 10) and a "Green" or better SPRS rating for past performance. The award will go to the technically acceptable offer with a Green or better SPRS rating and the lowest Total Evaluated Price (TEP). Offerors must provide examples of past performance comparable to a Super Bowl-level event and a full Capabilities statement for technical acceptability.
