Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit quotes using Attachment 0002, Price Matrix dated April 27, 2026, completing unit and total prices for CLIN 0001 (17,500 Canister Bodies). Quotes must remain valid for 60 days. Award will be made to the responsive and responsible offeror with the lowest total evaluated price that is determined fair and reasonable. The government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to open negotiations. "No Bid" responses are accepted.
Additional Notes
Access to the restricted Drawing 13-19-1011C requires a request via the link in the SAM posting, with the vendor's data custodian completing a DD Form 2345. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Payment will be processed via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
