Test reports, including dimensional analysis, materials used, and Certificates of Conformance (CoC), must accompany deliveries. Packaging and marking must conform to commercial level per ASTM D 3951. Item Unique Identification (IUID) is required per DFARS 252.211-7003 for applicable items.
