Key Requirements & Deliverables
Offerors must demonstrate capability in Polystyrene Plastic Foam manufacturing for ammunition, including moisture testing (not exceeding 0.4%) and meeting a density of 2.00 lbs per cubic foot. A First Article Test (FAT) is required, involving the submission of 10 pre-production samples with material certification for inspection and testing against Drawing 13-19-220 Rev E. Lot Acceptance Test Reports with supplier inspection data and moisture content are also required for each lot shipped. Quality requirements adhere to MIL-STD-1916.

Evaluation Criteria
