- Required Content: Completed SF 1449, unit and total pricing for CLINs 0001-0003, Technical Acceptability Narrative, administrative information, and a statement confirming Small Business status. Past performance must be demonstrated by providing previous award numbers.
- Basis for Award: A single firm-fixed-price contract will be awarded to the responsible quoter submitting the lowest total price for all CLINs, whose quote conforms to all solicitation requirements and is technically acceptable. The Government will evaluate the lowest-priced quote for technical acceptability first.
Important Notes
- Servicing Frequency: As per PWS Section 5.1.4, servicing for latrines/HWS is weekly or every 48 hours, and for grey water tanks, weekly or every 24 hours, as directed. Unserviceable items must be replaced within 24 hours.
- Wage Determination: Bidders must comply with Wage Determination No. 2015-5775 for New York County, NY, which establishes minimum wage rates and fringe benefits under the Service Contract Act.
- Compliance: Contractor must comply with all Federal, State, and local laws, including AT/OPSEC training requirements. A Quality Control Plan (QCP) is required within 5 business days of contract start.
- Monitoring: Interested parties are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for any amendments.
