• Phase 3: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Layer: Utilizing AI to interface between data and users.
• Phase 4: Reporting and Analytics: Extracting insights and developing reports, with the ability to integrate advanced analytics.

Solutions should be modular, scalable, and capable of integration with existing Federal systems (e.g., FPDS, SAM.gov, grants management systems) via APIs or structured data exchange.
