The contractor shall provide non-personal maintenance and repair services, including:
- Providing fully qualified technicians to ensure optimum operation and efficiency of the Q Exactive Laboratory Analyzer System.
- Maintaining equipment to conform to OEM standard specifications and furnishing/installing all OEM-sponsored modifications (ECOs, FCOs) at no additional charge.
- Furnishing all necessary technical manuals, special tools, supplies, parts, and test equipment.
- Performing Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Calibration Service (CAL) upon request.
- Offering unlimited on-call technical support for Corrective Maintenance during standard hours (0800-1600 PST, Mon-Fri), with a minimum response time of the next workday and completion within two working days.
- Ensuring compliance with installation access, security policies, iWATCH, and Level 1 Anti-Terrorism training for all personnel.
