The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Middle East District (SMW) has a requirement to solicit and award an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) with a capacity of $9.5M to provide regular and re-occurring facility maintenance, corrective maintenance services, and other related supporting tasks for the Kuwait Ministry of Defence (KMOD), Kuwait Air Force (KAF) Apache Platform. The duration of this contract is a five (5) year ordering period, consisting of a one-year base period, with four (4) optional years, and an optional six (6) month extension. This solicitation will be awarded on a basis of Full and Open Competition, utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Source Selection Procedures. Proposals are due to be submitted no later than 03 November 2025, 10:00AM EST. All proposal material is required to be submitted electronically in accordance with the following provisions listed in this paragraph (i.e., no hard copies will be accepted).
