The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sources Sought announcement is issued to conduct market research and identify parties interested in, and with the resources to support this Kuwait Ministry of Defence (KMOD), requirement for the Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) Program and other related support functions for the Kuwait Air Force (KAF) Apache Operations and Maintenance program. As a result of this Sources Sought, the US Government will have a better understanding of industries capabilities in acquiring these services. It is anticipated this requirement will be solicited on a Full and Open basis at a later date. There is no solicitation currently. This request for capability information does not constitute Request for Proposal(s); submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who considered themselves qualified to perform the Performance Work Statement requirements are invited to submit a Statement of Capabilities (template attached) in response to this Sources Sought Notice by April 21, 2025, 10:00AM EST.
