Approximately 330,690 cubic yards of primarily silt and sand material will be removed and placed at the Historic Area Remediation Site (HARS) in the Atlantic Ocean. The work is divided into three dredging reaches (CLINs 0002, 0003, 0004), with additional CLINs for mobilization/demobilization (CLIN 0001) and a Black Box Monitoring Unit (CLIN 0005). The contractor must maintain an integrated production rate of at least 8,000 cubic yards per calendar day.
