Evaluation & Submission

Security & Special Requirements
U.S. citizenship is required for access to NASA Stennis Space Center and the NCCIPS data center. All subcontract personnel require NCCIPS escort, and Site Visit Requests (SVR) are mandatory. The contractor must use new equipment only, coordinate services five working days in advance, and provide an electronic report after each visit. Payment is structured with 80% for fluid sampling/leak repairs and 20% upon approval of fluid sampling reports.
