This solicitation is for Maintenance and Repair services for Emergency Power Systems (EPS), Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), and Photovoltaic (PV) systems throughout USAG-Wiesbaden. The contract will be awarded as a single contract.

• Preventative Maintenance Services for EPS, UPS, and PV systems.

• On-Demand Repair Services for EPS, UPS, and PV systems.

• Services must be performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

• Pricing for repair services will be based on hourly labor rates and actual invoice cost for parts (reimbursed at actual cost).

• Preventative maintenance is a Firm Fixed Price arrangement.

• Repair services are a Time and Materials arrangement.

• Contract Type: Indefinite Quantity (Deviation, Alternate II)

• Ordering Period: 60 months from contract award (July 2026 - July 2031).

• Minimum Contract Value: EUR 3,000.00

• Maximum Contract Value: EUR 3,000,000.00

• Minimum/Maximum Order Value per Task Order: EUR 3,000.00 / EUR 3,000,000.00

• Period of Performance for each order: Typically up to 12 months, with a potential 6-month option.

• Award will be made to the responsible Offeror with an "Acceptable" technical rating and the lowest TEP, provided the TEP is fair and reasonable.

• Site Visit: Mandatory for interested vendors, to be held on 7 MAY 2026. Vendors must inform Kathleen Balon of their intent to attend by 14:00 CET on 7 MAY 2026. A maximum of two representatives per vendor may attend.

• HUBZone small business concerns may be eligible for a 10% price evaluation preference.

• Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. Award is contingent upon appropriated funds.
