Scope of Work
The contractor will provide personnel, supplies, and equipment for comprehensive maintenance and repair tasks. This includes, but is not limited to:
- General Maintenance: Plumbing (faucet/sink replacement, drain cleaning, water heater maintenance), Electrical (outlet/switch replacement, lighting upgrades, GFCI installation), Carpentry (cabinet, door, baseboard repairs), Painting (interior walls, ceilings, piping), Roofing (leak repair, gutter maintenance), Masonry (plaster repair, stucco repair), General Mechanical (appliance maintenance, garage door systems, pump systems), and General Maintenance (woodwork, flooring, countertops, blinds, windows, doors).
- Additional Services: Deep cleaning, window treatments, commissioning, and decommissioning services for properties. All services must adhere to local and American standards, with the stricter standard applying. A bilingual (English/Spanish) representative is required to supervise the workforce and liaise with the Government.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Multiple-award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ)
- Period of Performance: One (1) base year with four (4) one-year option periods.
- Minimum Order Guarantee: $3,900 USD per year.
- Payment: Via wire transfer 30 days after completion and receipt of a proper invoice.
Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit proposals electronically, organized into three volumes:
- Volume I: Standard Form (SF) 1442 (blocks 14-20C) and Section K.
- Volume II: Price proposal, including completion of Section B and Section J, Exhibit 9 ("Breakdown of Proposal Price by Divisions of Specifications").
- Volume III: Performance schedule (bar chart), Business Management/Technical Proposal, Proposed Work Information and Experience, Past Performance, and Exhibit 14 Safety Plan. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror without discussions. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and possess an NCAGE code to be eligible.
