- Installation of new walls, doors, frames, hardware, ceilings, finishes, toilet accessories, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
Four (4) option items are also included:
- Option 1: Highland Tank Containment Area Renovations.
- Option 2: Exterior Brick Masonry and Lintel Renovations.
- Option 3: Exterior Stair, Wall, and Paving Renovations.
- Option 4: Force Sewer Main Relocation.
All work must comply with Specifications for PSN 21590583 (612 pages) and Drawings CC-1369 (27 sheets).
