Scope of Work

This involves removal of existing fixtures and concrete, preparation and waterproofing of walls, and installation of new walls, doors, hardware, ceilings, finishes, toilet accessories, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.

- Option 2: Exterior Brick Masonry and Lintel Renovations.
- Option 3: Exterior Stair, Wall, and Paving Renovations.

All work must comply with Specifications for PSN 21590583 (612 pages) and Drawings CC-1369 (27 sheets).
