Evaluation Factors

- Authorized Distributor: Written documentation from the OEM (Zoho) confirming the offeror or their subcontractor is an authorized distributor. If a subcontractor is authorized, the prime must guarantee the same benefits.

- Complete Pricing: Pricing for all line items identified in Attachment 001. Failure to meet these eligibility criteria will result in being deemed ineligible for award. The Government intends to award without discussions, so initial offers should contain best terms.
