Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) support services for III Corps & Fort Hood, Texas. The objective is to provide MHE capable of loading and moving containerized and non-containerized equipment to support mobilization and movement operations.

• Provide non-personal services including personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and fuel.

• Support operations within a 100-mile radius of Fort Hood, TX, including locations such as wash racks, line haul sites, Deployment Ready Reaction Fields (DRRF), and Rail Operations Centers (ROC).

• Services are required for deployment, redeployment, exercises, equipment turn-in, and movement efforts.

• Capability to simultaneously upload and download containerized and non-containerized equipment.

• Contractor must provide specific MHE, including forklifts (15K, 30K, 36K+ with weight scales), Container Handling Equipment (RTCH equivalent), crane support (115-ton and 300-ton), and various truck/trailer systems (flatbed, RGN).

• Contractor is responsible for all equipment maintenance, fuel, and insurance.
