- Weld Procedure Qualification Sample Processing: Non-destructive testing (NDT) (Visual, Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, Ultrasonic, Radiographic, Eddy Current) and destructive testing (Tensile, Bend, Macroetch, Chemical Analysis, Charpy V-notch) per AWS, ASME, and Military Standards. Electronic test reports are required.
- Materials Identification: Using analytical techniques such as Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES), X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF), Positive Material Identification (PMI), and Microscopy, adhering to military and industry standards. Written reports detailing composition and observations are necessary.
- General Materials Testing: Services for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, polymers, and coatings, encompassing Hardness, Tensile, Impact, Corrosion, Plating Thickness/Adhesion/Analysis, Chemical Analysis, Microstructural Analysis, and Failure Analysis. All testing must comply with applicable military standards and industry best practices, with detailed written reports including photographic documentation.
Contract Details
This requirement is issued under the authority of ACC-ANAD Commercial Solutions Opening W911KF-25-S-C002, dated May 19, 2025, pursuant to Section 803 of the National Defense Authorization Act for FY2022. Contracts awarded under the CSO are typically fixed-price, potentially including fixed-price incentive fee contracts, and follow FAR Part 12 Commercial Item Procedures.
