Scope of Work
This effort encompasses comprehensive BOS services and Design, Construction, and Design-Build projects. Work includes management, equipment, and services to operate facilities, support information and communications systems, and tenant organizations. Specific BOS services include administration, facility/infrastructure maintenance, IT support, physical plant operations, grounds maintenance, refuse collection, architect/engineer services, security system maintenance, property control, vehicle control, central shipping/receiving, and janitorial services.
Site facilities are located at two geographically separate locations: sea-level in Kihei and at the summit of Mt. Haleakala (10,000 ft elevation). These sites include various buildings, water systems, sewage systems, fire suppression, electrical distribution, generators, bridge cranes, chiller units, security access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV monitoring. Logistics support covers over 2,000 equipment items and a vehicle fleet.
