The contractor will provide Cryogenic Fuel System Operator Services at the CRYOGENICS Shop Bldg. 6025, MCBH, Kaneohe Bay, HI. Key responsibilities include:
- Issuing Liquid Oxygen (LOX), Gaseous Oxygen, and Gaseous Nitrogen carts for aircraft servicing.
- Monitoring and operating high-pressure vaporizers for liquid nitrogen and oxygen.
- Operating forklifts incidental to tasks.
- Performing Preventive Maintenance (PM), repairs, and corrosion prevention on terminal systems and carts, adhering to Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRC) and Maintenance Instruction Manuals (MIM). The government will provide parts and services for repairs.
- Ensuring 100% compliance with safety directives and regulations.
- Maintaining support equipment error-free and processing issue/receipt documents. The estimated daily maintenance involves 8 hours for 65 pieces of equipment. Core working hours are 0630-1500 Monday through Friday, Hawaii Standard Time, excluding Federal holidays.
