Scope of Work
The selected vendor will conduct preventative maintenance and diagnostic service on all range clearance vessels, motors, and trailers for the MCRDPI Weapons and Field Training Battalion (WFTBN). This includes providing all necessary tools and parts (e.g., oil, lubricants, gaskets, filters, hoses, hardware) that meet or exceed OEM specifications, with hardware/fasteners being marine-grade anti-seize. Maintenance is to be performed on-site at the WFTBn boat warehouse (Building 798) during normal working hours (0730-1600 Monday-Friday, excluding Federal Holidays).
Key responsibilities include:
- Routine scheduled maintenance on specified vessels, motors, and trailers.
- Providing all parts and tools, ensuring they meet OEM specifications.
- Forwarding completed maintenance checklists to WFTBn S-4.
- Submitting detailed reports within seven days of routine maintenance, outlining any out-of-scope repairs and cost estimates.
- Ensuring assets are properly maintained and serviceable.
