This includes providing all necessary tools and parts (e.g., oil, lubricants, gaskets, filters, hoses, hardware) that meet or exceed OEM specifications, with hardware/fasteners being marine-grade anti-seize. Maintenance is to be performed on-site at the WFTBn boat warehouse (Building 798) during normal working hours (0730-1600 Monday-Friday, excluding Federal Holidays).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Routine scheduled maintenance on specified vessels, motors, and trailers.
  • Providing all parts and tools, ensuring they meet OEM specifications.
  • Forwarding completed maintenance checklists to WFTBn S-4.
  • Submitting detailed reports within seven days of routine maintenance, outlining any out-of-scope repairs and cost estimates.
  • Ensuring assets are properly maintained and serviceable.
