- All deliveries must be palletized unless otherwise arranged.
- Non-frozen, perishable foods must be delivered between 34-40 degrees F.

The solicitation will be available on or about May 15, 2026, via SAM.gov. Quotes must be submitted electronically to Rauniel Rivera at GUA-BusinessOfficeS@bop.gov by May 27, 2026, 10:00 AM EST.
- Quotes must be signed by an authorized individual and typed for legibility; handwritten quotes may be disqualified.
- Facsimile quotes are not permitted.
- Offerors must complete FAR Provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, via the On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at SAM.gov.
- All contractors must be registered with SAM.gov prior to award.
- Evaluation will consider past performance and price, with price being rated higher than past performance. The Government reserves the right to award item by item, in groups, or in aggregate.
