  • Electrical Repairs: Stator winding/insulation inspection, coil repair/rewind, re-insulation/varnishing, surge comparison testing.
  • Cleaning & Reconditioning: Steam/solvent cleaning, contaminant removal, recoating surfaces.
  • Reassembly: To OEM specifications, alignment, and torque.
  • Testing & Quality Control: No-load test, vibration analysis, amperage/temperature measurement, final electrical testing/certification.
