Contract Details
This is a firm-fixed unit price (FFUP) purchase order with estimated quantities. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 622210 (Psychiatric and Substance Abuse Hospitals), with a small business size standard of $47M. The period of performance is from March 24, 2026, through March 23, 2031, including a base period and four one-year option periods. The government guarantees a minimum of one IIWM placement. An overall Not-to-Exceed (NTE) amount is established for the total purchase order. FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, is included.
Submission Requirements
Offerors must submit a cover letter (Attachment J-15), a technical quotation, and a price quotation (Attachment J-17). The technical quotation must detail qualifications of key personnel (Licensed Physicians and Registered Nurses), relevant corporate experience, and past performance. Offerors must also acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0001 by providing a signed copy of SF30 page 1. A Past Performance Questionnaire (Attachment J-16) will be sent to references and is due by the proposal deadline.
