Evaluation & Eligibility
Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria, as per FAR Part 12 and 13. Vendors must be technically acceptable and offer the lowest evaluated price. Crucially, bidders must be authorized to perform repairs on the proprietary equipment and provide commercial product literature verifying OEM authorization. Contractor personnel are required to hold EASA AR100 certification. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
