The requirement is for one (1) GENERON 6800 CP SERIES CABINET ENCLOSED MEMBRANE NITROGEN GENERATOR. This unit must convert dry, unfiltered compressed air into nitrogen gas, providing a minimum of 240 SCFM at 96% purity (adjustable to 99% purity at 100 SCFM) with a minimum discharge pressure of 90 psig. Key features include a 10-year membrane life, fully automated purity control, operation with 100-150 psig air supply (38°F dewpoint or below), and housing within a cabinet (max 3' W x 6' L x 10' H). The cabinet must include internal pre-filtration, an automated inlet shutdown valve, output purity indication, forklift slots, a purity assurance system, and a NEMA 4 control panel with local HMI. Stainless steel piping and NEC compliance are required. Documentation such as P&ID, operating, and maintenance manuals are also necessary.
