Scope of Work
The requirement is for one (1) GENERON 6800 CP SERIES CABINET ENCLOSED MEMBRANE NITROGEN GENERATOR. This system will convert dry, unfiltered compressed air into nitrogen gas for a test rig. Key technical specifications include:
- Performance: Minimum 10-year membrane life, 240 SCFM at 96% purity (90 psig discharge), and 100 SCFM at 99% purity.
- Operation: Fully automated purity control (96%-99%), compatible with variable flow/pressure, operates with 100-150 psig compressed air (38°F dewpoint or below).
- Design: Cabinet enclosure (max 3’ W x 6’ L x 10’ H) with internal pre-filtration, automated inlet shutdown, output purity indication, forklift slots, and a purity assurance system.
- Interface: NEMA 4 control panel with local HMI, stainless steel piping, NEC Standards compliant, 60 Hz AC power.
